The Stanley Lobbies are a grand location for a one-of-a-kind reception - for weddings, anniversaries, or any other celebration. Two levels plus the Red Room make for intimate seating areas in a glamorous setting, with plenty of room for a dance floor and space to move. |

Rental Rates:

The lobbies are available when there is not a prior booking for an event in the theater itself. Rental rate is $2,000 per day which includes the use of the Red Room. The lobbies can also be rented at $400 for a three-hour usage (1 hour set-up, 1 hour event, and 1 hour take-down) for any function where there is no food or beverage served, such as for a wedding ceremony.
The Red Room, overlooking the Stanley marquee on the second level, is also available for rental. This room is appropriate for small parties, including rehearsal dinners and showers. The rental rate is $400 for the use of this room. |

All lobby rental rates include the use of all equipment and furniture on the premises, including ten 8' long banquet tables, 90 chairs and 20 2' square cocktail tables. Any additional equipment must be provided by the licensee at their expense. Set up an appointment to schedule your event!

Please Note:
There is an additional charge of $2 per person for receptions and parties, and all users must use a caterer from our approved caterer's list. There will soon be a full-service kitchen onsite for use
by the caterers, and we will soon also have additional spaces for rent. When they become available
we will post this information on the web site.
